I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. Parts are printed in white PLA+ filament with scaffolding supports removed. I also recommend using 3 perimeter walls and 5% hexagonal infill. I strongly recommend using PLA+ filament. There are 10 mm (for 3/8" or 9mm wooden dowels) dowel slots to help align each piece during gluing and provide additional structural stiffness and support. There are 4.25 mm (for 4mm or 5/32" wooden dowels) dowel slots to help align pieces during gluing and provide additional structural stiffness and support. There are 2.5 mm (for tooth picks) dowel slots to help align the bolt pieces during gluing.
